• As a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager, you will support EY Global’s Brand, Marketing, and Communications (BMC) program leaders by transforming business priorities into world-class marketing execution. You will develop and execute Alliance Marketing Campaigns across multiple strategic initiatives, focusing on the most strategic programs and solutions for alliances. BMC programs will create measurable impact globally and locally, integrate across sectors, and deliver sustainable results.
• You will orchestrate end-to-end execution, tracking, and reporting of multi-channel marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with BMC leaders and managers. These initiatives can include thought leadership reports, web presence, social media, paid campaigns, events, media outreach, internal communications, webinars, email campaigns, and other digital initiatives. Leveraging your expertise in campaign management and Brand & Marketing, you will craft and execute strategic campaign plans, oversee budgets and timelines, and analyze performance metrics. You will also nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all campaigns align with our quality and effectiveness standards under the guidance of global BMC stakeholders.
• The Senior Marketing Campaign Manager will work under the guidance of the Global Ecosystem and Alliances BMC Leader to develop strategies across all aspects of the alliance campaign initiatives, including market activation, marketing and awareness, operations, and governance.
Your key responsibilities
• Campaign strategy and content: Collaborate with BMC leads to develop integrated marketing strategy, marketing collateral and other enablement materials
• Content creation: Create external and internal B2B content, including newsletters, mailers, EY news articles, videos, posters, flyers, and brochure. Provide content and editorial management support.
• Campaign management: Combine knowledge of project management, marketing tactics, the EY business and customer insights to create and maintain project plans for BMC’s most critical alliance marketing campaigns (e.g. client deliverables, ads, social media, etc.).
• Set up project and governance structure: Determine available time, budget, and resources for each program, and track its status, in order to help your team meet deadlines and achieve their set goals. Oversee campaign governance from concept to execution (awareness, financial tracking, reporting analytics, relationship alignment)
• Manage and drive resources: Extensively involved in campaign delivery (Global Delivery Services, third-party vendors, etc.) to achieve desired results.
• Digital presence: Collaborate with stakeholders to update web pages, social media presence, etc; ensure that it is compelling and meets brand standards, communicate with stakeholders on timelines and status and report on performance.
• Communication: Manage relationships with key stakeholders within BMC, and across geographies/ functions. Conduct and drive regular team meetings, present progress reports, document and track action items.
• Budgeting: Manage overall and campaign specific budgets, including organizing invoicing, tracking spends in Excel and advising on any deviations from plan.
• Campaign optimization and reporting: Support and advance continuous campaign optimization efforts including analyzing campaign results and gleaning insights. Create status overview and performance reporting for BMC programs and projects for various executive stakeholders.
• Ad hoc request management/execution: Support the BMC team in other administrative tasks related to programs.


• Campaign management skills and knowledge, hands-on marketing experience, organization and prioritization skills, and attention to detail. Ability to quickly build knowledge of the EY business, particularly the key priorities, structure, internal and external audience, core offerings and our clients’ issues and agendas across sectors and geographies globally.
• Manage multiple campaigns/programs/digital channels under tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong executive presence to liaise with internal leaders on actions as needed, coupled with excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, to develop trusted business advisor relationships with onshore stakeholders.
• Ability to bridge any gap between the BMC expectations and the GDS capabilities
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex processes and/or projects at a global level
• High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office, including Excel (including developing pivot tables) and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills (in English) – written and oral, strong business writing skills is essential, with the ability to create strategy and content independently with limited initial input or guidance. Pitch-perfect communication, writing and presenting skills in Excel, PPT, Teams and SharePoint.
• Adept in creating engaging, inspiring and persuasive B2B content
• Strong network and experience working with Alliance/Partner programs in a professional services or technology company and/or management consulting experience with a Big-4 organization would be an advantage.


• Postgraduate degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related field preferred
• 12 -15 years of total B2B marketing experience in professional services or similar industries
• 10 years’ experience in end-to-end campaign management via multiple channels
• Digital marketing experience
• Experience of working within a B2B brand
• Events Execution experience is a plus
• Ability to work across multiple time zones, but with significant overlap with US time zones
