• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and workflows.
• Support the data team in and reporting requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Assist the digital execution team with tactical execution as required with automation or web related tasks
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all relevant content, assets and target audience parameters are received for campaign execution
• Provide project support to all MarTech team members throughout the various stages of the project, including testing use cases
• 1+ year of experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and able to self-motivate within a remote working environment.
Preferred but non-essential experience:
• Marketo or similar automation experience
• Create visualisations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
• Understanding of digital channel data frameworks including Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, and CRM systems – Marketo is highly preferrable.
• Experience within marketing insights, research, or digital environments.
• Experience with PowerBI for data visualisation and reporting.
