Key Responsibilities
1. Training process flow improvement : Observe the training process from classes and propose the improvement idea
2. Operation process flow improvement : Understand/attend the operation process flow and propose & improve training centers' enhancement plan.
Skills : Good communication, Microsoft Office (Specifically PowerPoint and Word) and English fluency (TOEIC 800+)Knowledge: Basic knowledge in learning theories (i.e.) ADDIE or SAM.Experience: Experience in designing or conducting teaching/training activitiesEducation (Major/Degree): Instructional design/Educational technology ortraining/education-relatedmajor/Industrialengineering/IndustrialManagement engineering /other engineering background
