Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to contribute to innovative health features, is effective at driving detailed deliverables on time, multi-functional coordination, creative problem solving, leading engagements, communicating clearly verbally and in writing with internal and external executive collaborators, engages in open discussion and debate well, and is able to drive to clarity. Experience developing health partnerships with provider systems is a plus. In addtion, this person will:• Partner closely with key partners to align on project priorities• Set agendas for and lead team meetings, cross-functional meetings, external meetings at the executive and working team level • Identify and drive next steps internally and externally• Provide regular status updates to project teams, partners and management, summarizing issues to key points and action required• Ensure program milestones are accomplished• Drive multi-functional coordination across external partners, engineering, design, clinicians, and external contractors execution of partnership• Coordinate executive reviews for concept and development milestones, owning executive review decks, distilling and synthesizing information, and articulating content to be readily understood by all collaborators• Communicate and manage relationships with a diverse group of internal and external partners • Potentially lead contractors, synthesizing and tracking their next steps and deliverables
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience in the partnership and program management space
  • Consistent track record of driving a project from concept to launch
  • Experience developing partnerships with health systems and understanding the varying perspectives of different types health systems - including reimbursement, common software used (EMRs), and clinical workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to synthesize information, simplify complex concepts, and build consensus with large teams and individuals at all levels
  • Ability to think strategically, see around corners, plan several steps ahead, make connections and clear roadblocks
  • Independent self-starter who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
