Description
- Create Quality Test Plans- Prioritize tasks, automation and juggle resources to meet deadlines- Guide Testers through their daily projects- Keep track of progress and completion of tasks- Escalate any issues that may effect deadlines or block testing- Suggest solutions when workload exceeds capacity- Report test results to management and to executives
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent English and Japanese communication and team leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, QA mindset, and Software Engineering processes
- Self-motivated and proactive with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent context switching and changing priorities
- Ability to independently learn new technologies
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and with high quality
- In-depth knowledge of Apple’s Software and Siri technology
- 5+ years of QA Engineering or Software Engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large scale client software features, with software localization, and with mobile devices is a plus.
