As anEnvironmental Health & Safety Advisor,you will be responsible for implementation and monitoring of the company occupational health & safety programs and policies to ensure legal complianceYou will work withlocal and global EHS team andsupporting functions, like HR, Facilities, Engineering teams on introducing new processes and procedures in line with Polishoccupational health & safety requirements.

You will:

• Communicate safety requirements to the organization in an effective way and create safety awareness

• Lead the investigation of accidents, injuries, and other incidents and facilitate corrective action to prevent future occurrence in line with Dell processes and local legal requirements

• Develop, coordinate, and implement H&S training, such as safety inductions, first aid, andother legally required training

• Develop, review, and update procedures, records and other documents including, but not limited to,operational safety,emergency preparedness, risk assessments, and other H&S required documentation, statutory and group reporting

• Supervise health & safety working condition and cooperate with other functions and business partners to drive the highest health & safety performance

Essential Requirements

• Recognized formal Health and Safety Qualifications in Poland

• ​Fluent Polish in writing and speaking

• ExcellentEnglish in writing and speakingto be able to deliver H&S training in English for foreign employees

• At least 3-5 years of Health & Safety experience

• Ability to effectively work with all levels of management and to clearly present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, peers, and customers

• Fire safety qualifications

• Strong multitasking skills and ability to self-initiate actions, decision making and problem solving
