As the Engineering Manager, you will collaborate closely with other teams and functions, including Product Managers and Designers, to deliver robust and user-friendly solutions.

• Lead a team of ~8 engineers
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define product requirements
• Set the strategic vision for your team and be accountable for team plans and deliverables
• Collaborate with other leaders in the Engineering and Product organizations on quarterly planning, commitments, and project schedules
• Translate the requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans
• Use your strong foundation as a technical leader to reliably deliver on complex projects while keeping the quality bar high
• Be responsible for the career development of your reports, providing continuous mentorship and coaching
• Lead highly impactful initiatives around the Marketplace

We expect our engineering managers to demonstrate a strong engineering background via their past experience both as engineers and as managers.

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• A strategic mindset and a strong sense of what to prioritize for maximum impact
• Openness to collaboration with peers in California (PST timezone)
• Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Track record of delivering large-scale and resilient distributed systems and services
• Familiarity with Java, Typescript, React
• Ability to work at our Warsaw office (hybrid model)
• Excellent written and oral English language skills
