Key Responsibilities:
- Governance / Cadence: Adherence to all governance requirements in activities like transitions, financial budget / planning, risk & compliance, growth / IPRC governance, monthly business reviews, exception reporting, access management, GDA reviews etc.
- Business Initiatives: Support / execute key business initiatives
- Change Management & Implementation: Supporting & Implementation of new processes or strategies, ensuring smother adoption by business. (Example: Workflow Tools, process / tech change management)
- Transformation / Tactical Automation: Developing & supporting transformation projects leveraging tactical automation, Robotic process automation (RPA), OCR solutions for the business to drive efficiency save
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding business operations of the team to meet business group objectives
- Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
- Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in one or a combination of the following: Business operations, Finance, Analytics and Reporting.
- Bachelor’s incommerce/accounting/science/engineeringand/or MBA is preferred qualification.
- Strong stakeholder management, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to drive Initiatives, change and transformation, project management & implementation in business group.
- Ability to work effectively across large, complex organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability and partnership building are critical
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to guide and work with team members to deliver data & reporting requirements, project work, and value adds.
- Excellent execution ability, detail-oriented, well-organized, committed, and results orientated.
- Strong attention to detail but able to understand the big picture.
- Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft word, OneNote skills.
- Basic to Intermediate VBA / Macro, Power BI, Power App, Python, Alfresco and/or Alteryx skills.
