In this role, you will:
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives

- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst/Business Analyst in an Agile Product Development environment.
- 2+ years of experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Ability to interpret and analyze business data to drive decision-making.
- Proficient in managing product documentation and tracking Agile project progress.
- Experience with wireframing tools such as Visio, Balsamiq, or similar UI/UX tools.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI to analyze and present insights effectively.
- SQL skills for querying databases, analyzing data and validating business requirements.
- Certified in industry-recognized Agile/Product Owner certifications, such as:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certifications
- Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
