Access management and accounts creation for EduCare – To support the local teams in accounts & access management for internal & external users in EduCare using an IT ticketing system.
Provide first-level incident management for EduCare – Ability to support internal & external users on general queries about EduCare as well as to escalate technical issues faced by users to appropriate technical teams for resolution.
Work with various product teams to continuously enhance the product usability and user experience based on internal and external customer feedback, concerns, and questions.
Prepare application SOPs and maintain good data documentation that fulfills audit requirements and follows general process guidelines.
Maintain quality of the data - Evaluating and identifying issues, coordinating and implementing corrections regularly.
Monitor data usage to assist teams - have best practice trends in data use, and provide insight into how and where teams can use data to help in day-to-day decision-making.
Ensure compliance and security of the data - Responsible for protecting the data—while providing information on potential risks and offering regulatory guidance
Industry Knowledge: Experience in enterprise systems such as SFDC, SAP, and Tableau will be an added advantage.
Key Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree required
Knowledge and working experience in customer service management
Knowledge and working experience in data management and analytic report creation
Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Experience in Learning Management Systems & digital content management will be an added advantage.
Experience in Sales Cloud, AWS, SQL, Tableau or any other equivalent Software.
Experience of working in an International environment with multiple languages.
Understand Process controls and DTPS/SOPs.
Outstanding social skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
