Join Honeywell SPS and be a part of overseeing and directing operations for world-class integrated supply chain manufacturing plant(s). You will ensure the achievement of metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Cost and so on) in the ISC manufacturing organization. You will manage a team that supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. You will leverage your team's experience and skills to perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish a safe work environment, in compliance with Honeywell and legal requirements.

Full P&L ownership and accountability

Design, install, & enforce a rigorous tier meeting structure that forces accountability & ownership of metrics throughout the organization

Drive the development of productivity projects pipeline that deliver tangible positive impacts to the P&L

Sponsor and lead strategic projects to improve site operational performance, such as implementation of LMS (Labor Management System), warehouse automation project, and upgrade of SAP WM.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution center operations and managing business process transformation

5 years leading large teams, managing complex and fast paced operations

5 years in sponsoring and leading strategic projects including WMS implementation/upgrades

3 years of prior communication within all levels of the organization

3 years in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, 6 Sigma.

Financial acumen & experience owning/managing a P&L

Bias for action with relentless desire to drive for results

Superior knowledge of lean, six sigma tools and problem solving methodology

Extensive manufacturing experience in a fast paced environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Quick response and proactive mindset to drive results

Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others

Able to develop strong networks and build relationships
