As a Growth Partnership Manager, you’ll work with top mobile developers while managing and growing a seven-figure book of business. With over 470+ million daily active and 1.2+ billion ad views per day, our Growth Partnership Managers are responsible for distilling vast amounts of data and providing strategic analysis and insights to our clients. What you'll be doing

  • Connect with significant game and app developers and consistently deliver against goals using Unity’s vast monetization portfolio: Unity Levelplay, Unity network, ironSource network, and Tapjoy Offerwall.
  • Drive business growth, long-term partnerships, and account planning strategy by creating forward-thinking, data-driven, value-based customer proposals and recommendations.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our products, enabling you to identify and educate customers on high-impact opportunities
  • Review and optimize partnership integrations; analyze performance and make strategic improvements towards meeting and exceeding business goals and expectations.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders simultaneously ensuring workflows and projects are completed at a high standard to deliver excellent customer experience

What we're looking for

  • The mobile space is a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will be energetic with a hunger to grow and a strong drive to be a part of an innovative and growth-oriented team that frequently multitasks and prioritizes several endeavors at once
  • Experience in a customer-facing business environment tied to growing customer revenue toward achieving quarterly targets
  • As part of a global cross-functional team, you will need excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills to succeed with various stakeholders worldwide.
  • Unity constantly strives for cutting-edge strategies that lead the mobile industry to new heights. Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and data analytics are required.

You might also have

  • Passion or enthusiasm for the gaming and ad-tech industry
  • You can keep an eye on details while keeping the big picture in mind
  • Previous experience in the mobile AdTech industry or with a Mobile App Publisher
