Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or education-oriented field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience as an instructor, in curriculum development, or as a professional educator (such as K12.]
  • 2 years of experience in stakeholder and project management within the learning and development space with global know-how and flexibility to work across different time zones and cultures.
  • Experience in adult learning theory, instructional design, and assessment principles to develop and implement learning interventions.

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree in instructional design or related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Sales Training or Sales/Product Enablement.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors to drive learning design execution.
  • Experience in leading curriculum development initiatives, managing stakeholders and running multiple projects or work-streams.
  • Ability to record designing and implementing product/ business intelligence learning programs for sales organizations at scale, including training for internal and external audiences.
  • Excellent business judgment to inform curriculum development cycles with appropriate scope, anticipate resource needs, and adjust plans in real-time.
