Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience designing EMC solutions technical environment, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with wireless communication protocols, EMC and RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, network analyzers.
Experience in EM predictive and simulation tools, and with CST, ANSYS HFSS, ADS, or similar.
Experience in PCB and system level EMC design as well as connector/cables and enclosure design and in EMC debug techniques, with knowledge of emissions and immunity testing.
Knowledge in factors influencing EMC emissions/immunity, RF, and mitigating techniques.
Knowledge of international EMC, RF regulations, standards (e.g., CISPR, IEC/EN, ETSI, ISO, FCC) and test methods.
