Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Partner with the market and global teams to secure the best availability for the business within the given cost constraints. Responsible for converting demand into supply and providing actionable insights while supporting the creation and deployment of innovative planning solutions. The role requires data management and analysis skills, experience in continuous improvement projects and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting:Utilize Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making and monitor key performance indicators.
• Process Optimization:Leverage programming skills to automate processes, optimize workflows, and enhance data analysis capabilities.
• Performance: Drive performance improvements by addressing key drivers, communicating success, initiating, and coordinating escalations.
• Create visibility: on market projected availability.
• Translate commercial needs:related to availability into supply chain requirements/solutions.
• Manage risk/opportunities: related to availability.
• Monitor BU/Channel/BM performance:Perform root-cause analysis, identification of drivers and trends, highlight risks and opportunities based on analysis.
• Coordinate and execute

• Programming knowledge (e.g., Python, R, or similar) is preferred
• Ability in data management and data analysis is essential
• Experience in continuous improvement projects and process optimization
• Fluent in English, additional language is a plus

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems. Master's degree is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries
