To qualify for the role you must have
- A master’s degree with emphasis in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or Logistics with strong academic records;
- A minimum of 5 years professional experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering sustained improvements in business performance, gained in industry and/or consulting;
- Commercial skills and midset;
- You are passionate about Supply Chain and can rely on strong knowledge and experience in this field; preferably combined with sector knowledge in one of the followings sectors: Pharma, Advanced Manufacturing or FMCG;
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- Excellent analytical capabilities, drive, enthusiasm, conceptual thinking, communication and influencing skills and pragmatism in execution;
- Entrepreneurial spirit & excellent business development skills;
- Intrinsic motivation to help establish and strengthen relationships with our clients;
- Commitment to support the development of others through taking on coaching and counselling roles for team members.
