helps our most strategic customers, gathering requirements, acting on customer feedback and using data to drive feature feedback and product truth back to our feature PMs, engineers and security researchers. We also help scale in depth product and operationalization knowledge to support the service’s incredible growth.
As part of the team, you’ll roll up your sleeves to give technical deep dives, troubleshoot and apply expertise to enable our customers to deploy, consume, and operationalize our market-leading security capabilities.

Responsibilities


The Product manager will convert customer feedback and requirements into crisp, prioritized product roadmap, backlog, specifications with clear objectives and key results to measure success.
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining KPIs, ensuring all aspects of the service are instrumented and will delve deep into the data to identify key insights and drive decisions based on these.
