Create visuals for strategic projects with speed and accuracy
Promote awareness of EY’s visual identity, maintaining the integrity of the global brand, and supporting our digital first agenda
Lead and execute strategic projects across multiple platforms to help meet EY’s digital first priorities and demands while working in a collaborative and creative team
Facilitate or attend design briefings to help stakeholders get to the root of their problems
Develop and manage relationships while working collaboratively with stakeholders and teams you engage with
Delegate appropriate tasks to supporting members of the Creative team where necessary
Coach, mentor and provide guidance to members of the Creative team
Contribute to fostering an energetic, fun, creative culture within the team and be an ambassador for us
Develop and manage strong relationships with our digital and print suppliers ensuring that deliverables meet the exact requirements specified
Support the team’s leadership with initiatives where required
Be a self-starter, someone who can identify opportunities and problems while addressing them effectively
Skills and technical abilities:
4-5 years’ experience (minimum) in an in-house team, agency or freelance
A qualification in Visual Communications or related discipline
A digital first mentality
A solid design portfolio showing experience in executing projects of varied sizes
Experience of producing supporting assets for varied digital assets, including interactive documents
Experience in multiple print production techniques
Experience in maintaining good colleague and stakeholder relationships
Excellent skills in primary Adobe CC applications specially InDesign
A good understanding of Microsoft Office – especially PowerPoint
An ability to respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Demonstrate an understanding of business objectives and the impact they have on our outputs
