Thesalary range for this position is ($87,200-$109,000). The actual base salaryoffer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education,geography and other relevant factors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct HSE risk assessments and applicability analysis
- Identify HSE process gaps and lead process improvements
- Ensure HSE compliance to standards and regulations.
- Lead and support incident investigations to determine thorough root cause corrective actions (RCCAs)
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders on HSE matters
- Conduct HSE training and serve as an effective coach/ role model
- Ensure contractor adherence to HSE standards
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years directly responsible for Environmental, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and/or Ergonomics programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Advanced degree or certifications in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or Engineering is a plus.
- ISO 14001 and/or OSHA VPP experience
- Ability to work effectively in a self-managed and dynamic environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing
