To support the Key Account business in order to achieve sales & profitability objectives
To support the Senior Manager Account Operations in order to achieve departmental goals
Key Responsibilities:
Creation and conversion of orderbook – communication of product availability and managing deliveries
Communication with the Senior Key Account Managers in order to plan and develop the Key Account Management processes
Reviewing customer requirements in consultation with the Senior Key Account Managers and working together to define the respective service level
Customer relationship building in order to discuss current topics and gain greater insight into the organisations and business requirements of these customers
Internal adidas collaboration (e.g. Supply Chain Mgmt/Distribution Centres) to improve current service levels
Providing the Senior Manager Account Operations with support in projects and workshops with a view to achieving departmental goals
Working as a key user and/or tester in system- and process-based IT projects, as well as updating and adapting the test scenarios
Key Relationships:
