As a DevOps Team Lead at JFrog, you will:
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and instruction to the DevOps team. Establish values such as collaboration, communication, service consciousness, motivation, etc.
- Define, implement, and manage our DevOps strategy, goals, and roadmap working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Improve DevOps processes, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation or optimization, and implement the solutions
- Design, deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes-based environments for applications
- Establish monitoring to proactively identify and address issues in production environments
- Collaborate closely with various teams at JFrog, such as R&D, Product, FinOps, Support, and the CTO office, and work closely with Security teams to ensure that DevOps practices adhere to security standards and compliance requirements
- Participate in Product discussions, influence the roadmap, and make key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all cloud platform initiatives
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of DevOps engineers in an Agile environment
- Vast knowledge in managing Kubernetes services
- Experience working on Production environments taking into consideration customer uptime, disaster recovery plans, & incident troubleshooting
- Proven experience in managing either Observability tools such as monitoring platforms (e.g Prometheus, Grafana etc.), logging solutions (e.g ELK stack, Coralogix etc.), APM (e.g New Relic), and distributed tracing to provide insights into system and application behavior, or managing CIAutomation tools such as Azure DevOps, Github Actions, Circle CI, Travis
- Strong track record of working with one of the major cloud providers - AWS, GCP, or Azure
