Customer Engagement & Solution Selling
Engage with customers to identify business needs and challenges related to data, application modernization, and AI .
Lead technical discussions and solution presentations to articulate Microsoft Azure’s value proposition effectively.
Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and guide customers on their cloud journey.
Technical Leadership & Innovation
Drive adoption of Azure Data & AI solutions , including Azure SQL, Synapse, Fabric, AI Services, OpenAI, and ML models .
Help customers modernize legacy applications using Azure App Services, Kubernetes, and Serverless computing .
Provide insights on data-driven decision-making and AI automation for enhanced business outcomes.
Business Impact & Azure Growth
Identify opportunities to migrate, optimize, and scale workloads on Azure.
Work with sales and partner teams to increase Azure consumption and deliver business growth.
Develop customer success stories and references to showcase the impact of Microsoft’s AI and cloud solutions.
Industry & Competitive Awareness
Stay updated on market trends, industry shifts, and competitive offerings (AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.) .
Position Microsoft’s differentiation by demonstrating best-in-class AI and cloud capabilities.
Collaboration & Partner Ecosystem
Work closely with Microsoft’s partner ecosystem to drive joint go-to-market strategies.
Enable partners to deliver scalable solutions that align with Microsoft’s Cloud Adoption Framework .
Governance, Security & Compliance
Ensure all solutions adhere to Microsoft’s security, compliance, and responsible AI guidelines.
Advocate for best practices in data governance, ethical AI, and cost optimization .
