What you'll be doing:

• Working together with interdisciplinary teams to create and deploy top-notch CAD tools and methodologies.

• Crafting and optimizing Design for Test (DFT) strategies to ensure flawless manufacturing and testing processes.

• Analyzing and debugging complex CAD and DFT issues, strictly determining root causes and implementing effective solutions.

• Offering technical mentorship and support to other engineering teams, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.

• Persistently refining and upgrading our tools and methodologies to sustain our competitive edge in the industry.

What we need to see:

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to successfully implement solutions.

• Excellent programming skills in Python, TCL, or Perl.

• Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for innovation and excellence.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Familiar with Verilog.

• Understanding of overall VLSI design process, especially in Design For Test

• Strong English communication.

• Experiences in CAD software developments.
