The HRIS Specialist provides leadership and maintenance for the HR team as it relates to systems. This includes Workday, Lever, and the evaluation of any new systems that may be implemented going forward. This also includes all HR processes associated to those systems.
Responsibilities Include:
    • Provide support on various strategic and operational HR projects, including system upgrades, implementation of new solutions, and continuous improvement of existing systems
    • Participate in the change management process for changes to the HRIS system and other related interfaces.
    • Gather requirements, UAT testing and sign off, and training documentation.
    • Regularly review and audit the data in the HR systems for integrity and accuracy
    • Continuously intake feedback from stakeholders and improve processes with a mindset for automation and efficiency
    • Development of reports for individuals as requested or as part of new processes to ensure visibility, effectiveness and adoption
    • Assess current system and utilization, identify and recommends improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the HRIS
    • Understand dependencies between processes and stakeholders. Engaging appropriately as systems and processes evolve or change
    • Test new release functionality and make recommendations for every Workday release
    • Manage mass loads (EIB’s) to support large data changes needed for the organization
    • Maintain and review HR security roles
    • Ensure compliance globally within the system
    • Troubleshoot issues and engage resources to resolve issues in a timely manner, managing communications and escalations when appropriate
    • Synchronize HR systems roadmaps and project plans in collaboration with the technology team to ensure timelines can be met
Requirements:
    • Preferably 3-6 years of experience working with Workday with a deep understanding of onboarding, coding and reporting functionalities
    • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures, global compliance
    • Ability to keep information confidential
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
    • Thorough understanding of Workday HCM, Talent, Time and Absence, and Recruitment
$100,000 - $125,000 a year
