The salary range for this position is $89,000 - $111,200. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to introduce and structure new training courses.
• Develop and maintain training content.
• Develop content using e-learning tools (Video Editor, Articulate, Adobe Captivate etc.).
• Introduce & Maintain Training Catalog and Schedule.
• Conduct technical Classroom, Remote, and Hybrid Training.
• Host Class, Register Students, Content management etc using learning management system (LMS).

Must Have:

• Independently worked to launch any training programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to execute training and persuade within the organization.
• This role demands more than 50% travel to deliver the training.
