The salary range for this position is $89,000 - $111,200. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education geography and other relevant factors.
Key Responsibilities
Ability to introduce and structure new training courses.
Develop and maintain training content.
Develop content using e-learning tools (Video Editor, Articulate, Adobe Captivate etc.).
Introduce & Maintain Training Catalog and Schedule.
Conduct technical Classroom, Remote, and Hybrid Training.
Familiarity with learning management system (LMS) will be an advantage.
Experience with deploying Gas Detection Products & technical customer engagement will be an advantage.
Independently worked to launch any training programs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to execute training and persuade within the organization.
