Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive operational excellence across the AI, Data and Digital organization with focus on strategic planning, resource optimization, financial management, portfolio management, and planning of leadership meetings and communications.
  • Implement effective cross-functional team governance and meetings to enable timely and relevant communications, and best practice sharing.
  • Conduct monthly portfolio reviews to ensure health of top investments and identification of emerging commercial needs.
  • Collaborate closely with AI, Data & Digital leaders and Finance to conduct funding reviews to ensure investments are aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Serve as point of contact for Chief Information and Digital Officer Strategy & Operations team in supporting broader initiatives such as strategic planning, AOP.
  • Serve as lead for communication of program value creation and sharing, ensuring awareness to portfolio performance and success.
  • Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement measures to minimize potential issues.
  • Manage program governance, including scope, roles, risks and communication alignment.
  • Facilitate alignment among cross-functional teams through meetings, workshops, and effective communication to promote knowledge sharing and problem-solving.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and driving innovation by staying up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT or related field.
  • 7+ years of related career experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels, including senior leadership.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with experience managing cross-functional projects or initiatives.
  • Capable of working independently, demonstrating initiative and adaptability in dynamic or ambiguous environments.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Possession of project, program, or portfolio management certifications or relevant training.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation concepts and experience supporting technology integration initiatives.

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
