• Bachelors Degree
• 8+ years experience in process, project or program management
• 5+ years experience leading and growing teams dispersed teams, including annual reviews, coaching and mentoring
• Experience in driving significant change management initiatives
• Experience developing and managing KPI’s
• Experience building relationships and influencing senior level leaders.
• Ability to travel 50% annually both domestic and internationally for site visits
