Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for new launches, including requirements gathering, planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and successful deployment.End-to-end ownership for large-scale engineering projects (planning, design, installation, commissioning and qualification, launch support).
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, and ensure effective communication and coordination across all stakeholders.Resource planning

- 5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level
- Experience working with and managing third party vendors
- Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
