Your key responsibilities

As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping our MENA CCaSS team adhere to EY quality and risk management standards. You will be working closely to support the MENA CCaSS QRM Lead in their role of ensuring overall compliance with relevant policies and guidelines of the firm.

• Reviewing client contracts, identifying and highlighting points of concern based on guidelines.
• Determining deviations in standard terms and conditions documents on a case-by-case basis.
• Regularly reviewing independence and client acceptance related documentation.
• Preparing templates to collaborate with various internal stakeholders; and
• Ensuring all documentation and archiving protocols are adhered to.
To qualify for the role you must have
• Basic understanding of quality and risk management principles;
• Eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Ability to work with minimum supervision;
• Basic knowledge of MS excel and MS word;
• A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
• Willingness to work flexibly with commitment to meet tight deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Law, Business Administration etc.);
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience;
• Certification in quality or risk management will be a distinct advantage.
