As a Transaction Support Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting engagement transaction processing. Working hand in hand with the Engagement and Finance teams, you will manage a collection of tasks within SAP, including opportunity creation, opportunity management, pricing, budgeting, and billing. Furthermore, you'll analyze various scenarios and suggest strategies to improve engagement margins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the engagement team in managing opportunities, pricing, budgeting, and billing within the SAP.
  • Collaborate closely with MENA MBA/PFAs to ensure that each transaction activity adheres to service line protocols.
  • Offer guidance to the engagement team regarding Mercury and best practices.
  • Ensure timely reporting of request status and volume analysis to market finance.
  • Actively support system enhancement through regular feedback on system performance and suggested improvements

To qualify for the role, you must have:

    • A strong work ethic and experience in fast-paced environments
    • 2+ years of experience in transaction processing, ideally within a professional services firm
    • Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships across the firm.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Packages: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Power BI
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills along with detail-oriented problem-solving skills
    • A finance-related degree or experience in a professional service or consultancy environment

Ideally, you will also have:

    • A degree in Business or completed post-graduate studies
    • Transaction processing experience in any ERP platform (SAP, Oracle etc.)
    • Experience managing and developing people
