Who You Are
At least 8-12 years relevant sales experience required
Consistent record of successful solution selling
Demonstrable with proven track record of experience selling complex solutions to executive management.
Previous experience of the Enterprise / Finance segment
Displays Commercial Focus, Negotiation Skills, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking and Decision-making
Ability to stay clear in very stressful situations
Minimum Requirements
• You have a BA degree or equivalent experience in IT business
• In-depth knowledge of the Italian ICT market.
• Good understanding of Cisco products and solutions.
• Ability to multitask and effectively drive team targets.
• Strong business sense and comfort working at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to create networks internally and externally.
Preferred Requirements
• Experience in working in large matrix organization like Cisco leading virtual teams by account planning and coherent actions
• Understanding of indirect sale motion including Italian ICT partners ecosystem
