Loans Senior Specialist in Loans Agency team will be responsible for daily processing of drawdown, rollover, repayments, prepayments, rate fixing and all aspects of Loan processing area relating to Loans Administration and Loans Agency. This is a senior position that requires relevant Loans Operations experience.

What you will do:

• Ensure accurate set up and maintenance of Loan transactions within Solvas, including diarizing and inputting of loan rollovers, reconciliation of cash amounts and liaising with internal and external counterparties when appropriate.
• Responsibility to own post closure support for Loan administration, loan agency and account bank transactions supported within Issuer Services
• Act as a focal point for allocated clients
• Build, develop client relationships and manage issues
• Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies, in conjunction with professional judgement to make process improvement recommendations
• Resolve settlement related issues and escalate as needed; recommend solutions to resolve complex issues
• Participate in the implementation of assigned projects, including new products, services and upgrades to platforms
• Identify policy gaps and formulate new policies to enhance the streamlining of trade flow processes
• Monitor and provide solutions to errors to minimize risk to the bank

What we'll need from you:

• Experience in Loans Admin and Facility Agency essential
• Knowledge of the syndicated loan market desirable.
• Experience of Solvas Suite advantageous.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

• Strong transaction management / execution & negotiation skills.

• Proven inter-personal/communication skills.
