We are looking for a customer obsessed Principal Product Manager to join our Trust and Security Products team to lead product efforts for a Federated AI service. - Develop a compelling vision and strategy forFederated AI
- Champion the voice of the customer by leading customer and market research initiatives and defining innovative product capabilities. Partner cross functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure effective product development execution and delivery.
- Drive customer success and market adoption by defining and tracking product success measures, soliciting constant customer feedback directly and indirectly through deep interaction with GTM teams. Collaborate with internal functions to define product pricing, packaging and monetization aspects.
- Credibly represent the Trust & Security product portfolio by leading presentations and interactions at industry events, analyst interactions and conducting other outbound activities.
Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum qualifications: The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 9+ years of experience -OR- a Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 6+ years of experience -OR- a PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 4+ years of relevant combined experience with:
- 10+ years of direct product management experience. Demonstrated ability in launching at least two new products in new markets and scaling them within and across industry segments. This includes early customer development, technical product requirements definition & prioritization, value proposition and positioning design and business model creation.
- Proven ability to develop and execute a clear product vision, manage product priorities and make data driven decisions and strategic tradeoffs.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to translate business needs into product direction.
- Expertise in areas of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics and/or data management
- Experience with multiple product delivery models including packaged software and as-a-service delivered solutions
Preferred experience:MBA also considered.
