In this role, you will be part of a high functioning team which is responsible for leading all aspects of the balance sheet optimization transaction lifecycle, from conception to close as well as ongoing monitoring and maintenance. In this rapidly developing space, you will help the team build out the full suite of optimization capabilities for the Company in order to meet certain tactical and strategic goals by helping to source, analyze, and maintain the data necessary to conduct these transactions. You will use data to help the team understand where the balance sheet has capacity to support to support transactions, analyze portfolio trends and historical performance, build visualizations to demonstrate the results to management or potential investors, and maintain the data for use in supporting the ongoing book of transactions. The balance sheet markets execution team centralizes market execution of bank balance sheet optimization activity across the Company including, but not limited to, Significant Risk Transfer (SRT/CRT), Loan Sales, Forward Flow, and Securitization Transactions.
• Partner with the Finance Data Strategy team to assist in building out the team’s technology platforms for managing optimization activities.
• Manage data architecture and process knowledge for the team.
• Build and foster relationships with internal partners
• Design and build operational processes to support outstanding transactions and enhance program capabilities. Create and maintain documentation including procedures and controls related to data management
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish operational processes required to support various transaction features
• Design, manage, and be overall responsible for data quality assessments and audits
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically three or more years of related experience

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI for creating reports and dashboards
Working knowledge of consumer products (autos, mortgages, credit card), fund finance, and large / SME corporate

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
