Leadership and Customer Experience:
- Lead a consumer telesales team to exceed customer experience objectives.
- Manage and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Data Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue generation and continuous improvement.
Operational Management and Efficiency:
- Oversee daily operations of the call center and vendor activities.
- Ensure the achievement of revenue goals and cost reduction measures.
Strategic Policy and Innovation:
- Implement strategic policies to enhance technology, corporate compliance, training, and workforce planning.
- Develop innovative initiatives to improve processes and performance.
Collaboration and Alignment:
- Collaborate with various business units to ensure strategic alignment.
- Manage change effectively and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international vendors.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is desired.
- A minimum of 5 years of related sales experience is required.
Our Manager - Sales MSS Primary Sales earn between $55,900 - $83,900 USD annually, plus an additional $19,000 in commissions if all sales goals are met. The starting salary within this range may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
