Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Customer Experience:

    • Lead a consumer telesales team to exceed customer experience objectives.
    • Manage and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Data Analysis and Strategy Development:

    • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue generation and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Management and Efficiency:

    • Oversee daily operations of the call center and vendor activities.
    • Ensure the achievement of revenue goals and cost reduction measures.
  • Strategic Policy and Innovation:

    • Implement strategic policies to enhance technology, corporate compliance, training, and workforce planning.
    • Develop innovative initiatives to improve processes and performance.
  • Collaboration and Alignment:

    • Collaborate with various business units to ensure strategic alignment.
    • Manage change effectively and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international vendors.


Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is desired.
  • A minimum of 5 years of related sales experience is required.


Our Manager - Sales MSS Primary Sales earn between $55,900 - $83,900 USD annually, plus an additional $19,000 in commissions if all sales goals are met. The starting salary within this range may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
