Your impact

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop, and lead delivery of, growth strategy for coastal and climate resilience in Asia
  • Build and maintain client relationships, in line with growth strategy
  • Maintain market connectivity and building brand, reputation and capability profile in identified markets
  • Promote thought leadership, working with Market Solutions and SMEs
  • Develop and maintain external partnerships in support of growth strategy
  • Senior delivery oversight (DPE) of coastal and climate resilience portfolio projects/programmes
  • Develop pursuit strategies and leading proposal development, including commercial and contractual strategy
Here's what you'll need

To be a successful candidate you shall possess:

  • Minimum Degree in Civil or Coastal Engineering.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer / Chartered Engineer or equivalent.
  • 10+ years experience in coastal and/or climate risk management
  • Growth mindset, with experience in leading growth strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to travel across Asia and ANZ, when needed.
