Who You Are
• You bring experience from a healthcare consultancy or NHS operational / improvement background, and you’re passionate about creating positive change in the NHS and wider healthcare sector.
• You’re a natural collaborator and relationship-builder, able to work closely with clinical staff and operational teams alike.
• You have a toolkit of skills—project management, data analysis, process reengineering, and stakeholder engagement—and you know how to use them in diverse, fast-paced clinical environments.
• You’re hands-on, resilient, and genuinely motivated by seeing change happen on the frontlines.
• You thrive on problem-solving, finding creative solutions to complex challenges, and can adapt quickly to new contexts.
• Above all, you believe in the mission: to help the NHS and healthcare providers deliver better care, more efficiently, for every patient.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the execution and delivery of healthcare solutions in partnership with NHS trusts, clinics, and care networks.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and internal teams to define project goals, strategies, and solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Lead and help develop our team of Solution Delivery Analysts.
• Work directly in clinical settings, engaging with frontline staff, collecting data, and implementing impactful change initiatives.
• Track and report on key outcomes, ensuring that improvements in patient access, throughput, and satisfaction are realised and sustained. Creating case studies.
• Support continuous learning by sharing insights and best practices across the organisation and the NHS network.
What You’ll Need
• Proven experience in healthcare consultancy, NHS operational / improvement, or similar roles. Think Manager/Senior Manager consultancy grade.
• Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• A genuine passion for making healthcare better—for patients, staff, and the wider system.
