Job Description
  • Administers human resources compensation policies and procedures to ensure accurate analysis and implementation of employee compensation while remaining within budgetary constraints.
  • Assists in the preparation and execution of job evaluations and annual wage and salary review programs.
  • Ensures the quality, integrity and timeliness of the department's reports, management reviews, and other analytical reports.
  • Ensures the accuracy of records and data related to compensation in the HRIS.
  • Ensures compliance with internal controls and procedures in support overall organizational financial and operational soundness. Assists with monitoring changes in federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
