As a Demand Generation Manager, you will create engagement and drive growth of our AI and Application-focused audiences. You will own and execute campaigns that include: virtual events, webinars, event sponsorships, hands-on labs, paid digital, email and more to deliver tailored marketing messages to AI & Apps personas.
You will manage the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from strategy development and execution to performance analysis and optimization—ensuring alignment with business objectives and contributing to Snowflake’s growth goals. You will focus on driving optimisation through frequent and ongoing testing and analysis. You will also excel at working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Strategic Events, Marketing Operations, and Sales Development, to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Build the EMEA AI and Apps Growth Marketing Plan with the goal of increasing awareness of Snowflake as a platform for AI and Apps across EMEA. This plan should take into account different stages of the buyer journey including: awareness, consideration and decision.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including webinars and hands-on labs email marketing, content marketing, social media and third party paid advertising.
- Drive Digital Marketing Execution to Support AI-Focused Strategic Events: Work closely with the strategic events to support AI-focused events including Davos. This will include pre-event awareness campaigns and post-event nurture campaigns.
- Reporting and Performance Analysis: Use analytics and marketing technology platforms to track and report on campaign performance, optimize conversion rates, and drive continuous improvement in ROI.
- Implement testing methodologies to create insights and enhance the demand generation process including A/B testing to understand messaging performance. Share and drive best practices with the Growth Marketing team.
What you’ll have:
- Depending on experience, a minimum 3-5 years developing & executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in the following or similar martech tools for running and executing campaigns: Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, ON24
- Strong Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft compelling and persuasive copy for a variety of formats including emails, landing pages, digital ads, and thought leadership content, driving engagement and conversion across enterprise audiences.
- Webinar experience: Experience in planning, promoting, and executing high-impact webinars tailored to enterprise prospects, including collaboration with sales and product teams to ensure relevant content and audience engagement.
- The ability to learn new technologies, products and systems quickly.
- Expertise in understanding data, telling stories and executing across channels to create a customer-focused experience.
- Experience with and understanding of traditional, digital and emerging channels to create demand.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in marketing in a B2B SaaS company
- Understanding of the AI and Applications space
