The Role:

As a User Assistance Developer, you will be supporting the creation of intuitive and user-friendly documentation, tutorials, and help content for our applications. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our end users have access to clear and comprehensive guidance to maximize their experience with our software.

• You will be collaborating with our cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to understand the functionality and features of our applications.
• Design and develop user assistance content, including user guides, tutorials, and help documentation, to support end users in effectively using our software.
• Ensuring that user assistance content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest software updates and enhancements.
