As a member of this user assistance team, you're responsible for the UA content of your scrum teams. This includes:
Researching and defining terminology
Editing user interface texts to ensure usability and that the texts conform to SAP’s standards
Planning, researching, and writing the documentation (such as context-sensitive help, user guides) required by SAP’s customers. You will also be required to create product videos, and at times blog about a specific feature.
Interactions with SAP’s customers, and partners on UA projects, where relevant
Being the user's advocate on your scrum teams
What you bring
Technical writing experience is beneficial, but not required
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Knowledge of UA tools such as Ixiasoft, and SAP System documentation tools is beneficial
