Responsibilities:

  • Follow established procedures to complete complex assignments and resolve problems that require in-depth investigation or research
  • Provide team assistance, including serving as subject matter expert, leading special projects, training new hires within work unit, providing daily guidance to lower level employees, and allocation of work, as needed
  • Conduct basic analysis and research as well as workflow management
  • Support an expansive array of products and services
  • Communicate pertinent information to senior managers and support activities that help mitigate organizational loss or impact, as needed
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working in a business office or operational environment
  • Proficient computer and math skills with a focus on complex databases and spreadsheets
  • Demonstrates technical and administrative expertise
  • Consistently demonstrates attention to detail
  • Demonstrated knowledge of activities, policies, and procedures of a basic work area


Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

PARA LA POSICIÓN REQUERIMOS:

  • Carrera Trunca o en proceso en Finanzas, Administración, Contabilidad y/o Afines
  • Experiencia en operaciones bancarias de 1 año, preferentemente con conocimientos administrativos en estados de cuenta, validación de documentos y entrega de indicadores.
  • Familiarizado con entrega de reportes, elaboración de procedimientos y manejo de controles.
  • Familiarizado con procesos de validación de información y comparativos de datos.
  • Atento al detalle
  • Enfocado al trabajo de establecimiento de metas
  • Conocimiento intermedio en Office
  • EXCEL intermedio
  • OUTLOOK intermedio
  • Manejo de documentos e información en físico y digital

EL OBJETIVO DE LA POSICIÓN ES:

  • Identificar, analizar y resolver problemas clave del área.
  • Validar información general, monetaria, de estructura del estado de cuenta digital
  • Análisis de información sensitiva en digital de los estados de cuenta digitales emitidos por el banco apoyándose en herramientas internas para la validación de los estados de cuenta lo cual reduce impactos al cliente y entidades regulatorias.
  • Seguimiento al envío de los estados de cuenta a los clientes
  • Generación de Reportes en Excel para análisis de data.

EL HORARIO Y MODALIDAD DE LA POSICIÓN ES:

  • En sitio.
  • Lunes a viernes
  • DE 7 am A 3 pm
  • DE 2 pm A 9 pm
  • horarios rolados
  • Disponibilidad de laborar sábados y / o domingos por necesidades operativas del área con PHE
