Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

  • Resolve complex technical issues related to the company's software products via telephone and email/internet.
  • Manage communications with customers, at all levels, to.
  • Advanced user of information tools and training to provide, high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in problem escalation and call prevention projects to help customers and other technical support staff increase efficiency.
  • Contribute to the online knowledge base of known issues/solutions.
  • Acquire specialized knowledge in specific company products.
  • Participates in technical forums.
  • Provide feedback on the area of specialisation to R&D.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to provide tracking and resolution of change requests.
  • May serve as a team lead and will mentor Associates and Support Engineers.
  • Contribute to the team recruitment process by serving on interview panels.
  • Work only on specific areas based on the criticality and complexity of the issues.

Role Essentials
