• Leading a development team in agile environment
• Measure, analyze, and improve existing software to enhance performance and functionality
• Work closely with other groups and stakeholders in Check Point to manage requirements and priorities
• Design and develop infrastructure tools.

• BS/MS in CS/CE or similar field, with a minimum of 12+years of software development experience

• 4+ year’s professional experience in OO (C++ / Java – advantage)
• 3+ years of hiring, leading and mentoring a development team of 3+ engineers
• 2+ years leading a full stack development team in agile methodologies
• experience in the development of large, distributed software systems
