Technology You'll Use

This position requires good Project Management background experienced hands-on knowledge of Informatica technologies like Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Master Data Management (MDM), Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC), etc.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
  • Manage Customer/s relationships by serving as the single point of contact. Responsible for engagement success & delivery quality.
  • Manage and coordinate the project including timelines, risks, risk mitigation strategies, action items, service requests and change requests
  • Review requirements and documentations, services requests, enhancements, operational activities, technical and specifications changes
  • Provide regular reports to communicate project status both internally and externally
  • Manage a team of consultants. Supervise and mentor intermediate and junior level team members.
  • Provide Project Management leadership, coaching and guidance to Informatica consultants and customer resources
  • Ensure Informatica’ s Velocity Methodology and Best Practices are followed during incidents, enhancements and Service requests

Role Essentials

  • Awareness with Cloud ecosystems like AWS, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, etc.
  • Expert knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools, and the software development and project management life cycles
  • Excellent teamwork and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resolving problems and conflicting priorities and situations
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Manages operational responsibilities of staff or individual contributors
