Job Description
Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross teams to developing and implementing media strategies to effectively reach our target audience and achieve our marketing objectives
- Manage relationships with media agencies and vendors, oversee media resources management such as creative agency, KOC and platform partner
- Setting measurable goals for media campaigns, measuring, and showing ROI
- Monitor and analyze media performance to optimize campaign, prepare and present media performance reports to senior management
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies to identify new opportunities
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
- Experience in media planning and buying with minimum 5 years of experience, with a strong focus on the healthcare or FMCG industry
- Strong negotiation, communication, structural thinking analytical and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of media channels and their respective strengths and weaknesses
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
