- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience, ideally in cloud computing, software, or IT industries. Demonstrated ability to engage with enterprise customers and develop trusted relationships. Deep understanding of software procurement processes in China, including procurement best practices, legal and compliance considerations. Strong technical background with particular expertise in cloud-related technologies. Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally across sales, solution architecture, legal, finance, and product teams. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
