• Business Transformation Aligned with Industry Future Insights for Insurers
• Communication Platform to Elevate Customer Experience
• Data Utilization Platform for Enhanced Insights and Decision-Making
• Core System Modernization for Agility and Resilience

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Deep understanding of industry dynamics and business needs, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and specific client challenges.

• Communication Skills:Effective communication abilities for building and maintaining client relationships, negotiation skills, and the capacity to deliver proposals that exceed client expectations.

• Practical Experience in the IT Industry:Professional experience in consulting firms or IT companies, or in sales or corporate planning roles within a business, with a solid understanding of industry operations (preferably with 3+ years of experience).

• Japanese (Fluent, JLPT N1)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in selling to C-Level executives is preferred.

• Good communication skills in English (e-mail and web conferencing) are desirable
