Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Operator Training Simulator (OTS) solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers in the implementation and maintenance of OTS solutions
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers on the effective use of OTS technology
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies in the field of OTS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as chemical engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design and implementation of Operator Training Simulator (OTS) solutions
- Strong knowledge of Simulation software platforms and tools (UniSim, Hysys)
- English fluent
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Master's degree in a relevant technical field
- Experience in the oil and gas industry
- Knowledge of process control systems and industrial automation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
